Why we exist

We didn't build a company.
We rebuilt a life.

MAC GEAR wasn't created in a boardroom. It was built after rock bottom.

After military service, I came home carrying more than a duffel bag. I brought home PTSD. Anxiety. Depression. I gained weight, lost confidence, and slowly disconnected from the people I loved most.

There wasn't a roadmap. Nobody handed me the answers. So I started searching for them myself.

I read everything I could. I questioned everything. I learned through failures, setbacks, and years of relentless discipline. Piece by piece, I rebuilt my body, strengthened my mind, and found purpose again.

That journey changed my life. But it also exposed something bigger: an industry full of empty promises. Companies selling hype instead of education. Marketing instead of truth. Customers became order numbers, and support ended the moment the payment went through.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I built MAC GEAR. Not to sell products. To build people. To create a community where education comes before sales, honesty comes before profit, and every person is treated with respect long after their first order.

We don't pretend to know everything. We don't chase trends. We earn trust through transparency, education, and showing up every single day. Because I've lived what many of our community members are fighting through.

And if rebuilding my life taught me anything, it's this:

No matter how far you've fallen…
You can rebuild.
You can become stronger.
You can become Built Different.

Our promise to you

Five things we hold to

Understand it before you do it.

You will know what you are doing, and why, first.

How it works

It starts with a call

No funnel, no pressure. A conversation, and then a decision that is yours to make.

  1. Book your call

Pick a time, or just call. Tell us what you're after, what you've tried, and what got in the way. Most of it is us listening.

  2. Get straight answers

We talk through where you're starting from, what's realistic, and what we'd honestly skip. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

  3. Keep a person in your corner

Check-ins, plain answers, and the same person's number the whole way. You're not left to figure it out alone.

The first call

Fifteen minutes.
No pitch.

You tell us what you're after, what you've tried, and what got in the way. We ask the questions nobody else bothered to ask. By the end you'll know whether we can help, and if we can't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

A person answers.
Still.

Most companies in this space go quiet after week one. We're the opposite: check-ins, straight answers, and the same person's number the whole way. Progress is built in ordinary weeks. We stick around for them.

What we will and won't tell you

MAC GEAR sits in an industry with a trust problem, so we draw our lines in public. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we will not tell you what anything is going to do for your body.

What we will do is explain what is currently understood, be clear about what is not, and point you toward a licensed healthcare professional who knows your history for anything that belongs in a medical conversation. That boundary is not us being cautious. It is the part of this industry most companies skip, and it is the reason people stop trusting all of us.

The rest of it? Training, sleep, food, consistency, the mental side of starting over. We will talk about that all day, for free.

The next step

Ready when you are.

One phone call. No pressure, no pitch. A plan that fits your life and a person who answers when you call back.
