You're not doing
this alone.
Everyone here started somewhere — most of them later than they wanted to.

No leaderboards.
Just real people.
The loudest rooms in this space are walls of results you will never match, posted by people who were already most of the way there. Ours is quieter than that on purpose. The stories we do tell are from everyday people — a dad who couldn't keep up with his daughter, a veteran coming back from the darkest year of his life — and they are told in their own words, start to finish.
You are welcome here on day one, on the day you fall off, and on the day you come back. Those are all the same kind of day to us.
Asked on almost every call
Is the call a sales pitch?
No. Most of it is us listening. You talk, we ask questions, and at the end you get an honest read on whether we can help. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Do I need to have it figured out first?
No. Not sure yet is where most people start. We meet people at every stage, including day one.
What should I have ready?
Nothing. We do the asking. If you filled out the form, we've already read it and the call starts somewhere useful instead of at the beginning.
What if I've started and quit before?
So has almost everyone we work with, including the founder. We plan for the weeks you feel like quitting, because they're coming. That's what the check-ins are for.
Do you give medical advice?
No. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or tell you what anything will do for your body. Anything that belongs in a medical conversation goes to a licensed healthcare professional who knows your history.

The list.
Education, member stories, and the occasional plain opinion, about once a fortnight. One click out whenever you want.
The room.
Hundreds of people at every stage of this, most of them further along than they thought they'd get. Nobody here started as an expert.
